These pieces are inspired by my stay at LCI. This is a special project to me, I was born and raised in Canon City - and I’ve always wanted to paint these sweeping views west of town!
Light and color across the valley, through my eyes. Capturing a landscape that is changing by the minute. I enjoyed walking the perimeter of the property morning and night to watch the hues change from yellows, to pinks, to blues. I wanted every bit of the day and night to be represented.
